We use the internet, the websites, and various software tools to the hilt. “Lakshya” indicates enabling the goals of the customers and the employees alike. Our tagline is "enabling your goals". Note that the "e" is everywhere ! Now, "es22" stands for eLakshya Services ( 22 = we started off in June 2007 as a team of 22 people). We have two main lines of business : Recruitment - Financial Industry, Retailing - Financial Products. Step 1 = Need analysis, where you look at the first pyramid ( cash and Human Life Value) Step 2 = Profiling, where you do the second pyramid ( keeping money for own house, ShortTerm /Medium Term /Long-term goals) Step 3 = You do asset allocation, where you do the third pyramid ( dividing his money into Debt, Equity and ULIP) Step 4 = Education, where you educate the customer about tax planning and section 80-C, 80-D etc Step 5 = Information, where you give customer information about health and home insurance Step 6 = Selection, where you exactly decide which equity fund, which debt fund, which insurance product he has to put his money in Step 7 = You create a customer’s account / portfolio with eLakshya and constantly monitor the same Step 8 = Long-term customer relationship | Process we follow for doing financial planning helpdesk at a CorporateOnce we obtain approvals for the helpdesk and obtain the date,we request for mails to be sent to employees. Two of us are present at the Corporate from morning 10 am to evening 6 pm. We seek a suitable deskspace for the same, preferably at the cafeteria or in a meeting room, where we could meet individual employees who decide to walk in to take our help. - We keep a eLakshya banner / roller stand at the helpdesk- We are ready with all our brochures / app forms / marketing collaterals - We have a visiting card bowl and a register as well - We carry our laptops. We also carry a LCD projector in case any group of people wants us to give them an impromptu ppt - We bring T-Shirts, Caps, Pens and other collateral for distribution among your esteemed employees. - Your employees may be in need of advice on tax-planning. We guide them instantly on the same. - Your employees may seek inputs on financial planning and wealth management. | IRDA Training Programs at eLakshyaWe are “Alliance Partners” of four insurance companies – ICICI Prudential Life, Reliance Life, HDFC Standard Life and IDBI Fortis. This means that we are in a position to provide you FREE IRDA Training, all the way till final IRDA CERTIFICATION, which gives you a licence for the life insurance industry. The biggest advantages of having this licence are : additional qualification in your resume, life-long additional means of income ( if you work on it), learning gathered during your training process

We have a well-qualified guest faculty which conducts lectures and classroom training at various colleges on several topics ( see our home page). We also have internal training sessions by our various principal companies ( Mutual Funds, Insurance Companies and others), which are attended by our employees ( in many cases, outsiders are welcome too). Apart from all this, we have conducted helpdesks / corporate presentations at several corporates ( again see home page) on Financial Planning aspects. Apart from certain specialised training programs, we do not charge job-seekers / candidates. For guest lectures in colleges, we charge a nominal amount. For Financial Planning workshops in Corporates, we do not charge any fees, but seek a quid-pro-quo arrangement instead. | Our standing instructions to "eLites" ( eLakshya employees) on our website, our databases, our daily routines, our work 1. During customer interaction, remember that quality is more important that quantity,so gather as much possible information abt person during discussion ( there are some 150 fields in the database which you can capture).
