1. The easier you are able to access information, the better it is. So, very consciously, we have avoided the need for anyone to "REGISTER" and fill lengthy forms etc. Rather, you can use your gmail id wherever there is a need. Otherwise, you can use our database without registering at all !
2. We have four kinds of resumes : A - "Traditional resumes" which candidates submit in word or pdf formats. While these are comprehensive, it is difficult to a recruiter to easily sort and filter them. These resumes are identified by a unique "email id" for each candidate. We have roughly 15000 such resumes in our datbase, and it keeps growing daily as well.
B - "Form resumes" - where the candidates submit forms. These forms are converted to an excel sheet, and recruiters can easily sort and filter based on their criteria, and select the candidates. These resumes are identified by a "resume number", which is in the format "EL-0055" or similar. C - "Dynamic Resumes" - These resumes come from our Dot eLakshya files ( for more information about Dot eLakshya, click here). The biggest advantage of these kind of resumes is that the candidate can, throughout his/her career, keep updating various details eg : latest job particulars ( Of course, some details like age, no of years of work experience etc NEED NOT be updated by the candidate,. but get updated automatically). We are shortly bringing out the section on these resumes D - "Video Resumes" - We are slowly building up our video resume database, and have about 150 such resumes as of now
- Text or Word resumes: We keep getting resumes by the dozens every day, both by mail as well as those uploaded to the site, mainly as word or pdf files.As soon as any resume is uploaded into our site, it is immediately made available to you with our "sync" tool, to help you get the latest resumes. You may sort and filter this excel file based on your requirement. We have hidden the contact details, but we have a tool which does the following : Once you click on the resume record which you are interested in, the following actions are automatically triggered :
The resume is sent to you by email immediately
The candidate's contact details are SMSed to you automatically
The candidate also gets notified in his/her mailbox that you are interested in his/her profile, plus receives an SMS from us.
We at eLakshya get a mail about your interest in the candidate, and hence shall be happy to further coordinate between the two parties.
As of now, there is no need for login id / password to obtain the resumes. However, if this feature is misused, we might need to rethink our "open" policy.
- We are also in the process of building a good collection of video resumes / video profiles of candidates.

- Excel resumes : We are slowly moving our candidates to fill an excel form directly, which has their entire resume, but in an excel format. We feel that this is better than the traditional kind, since it helps you sort or filter the resumes in any way that you may want. Some advantages of this method - The excel sheet also gives the exact time when the candidate entered his/her details. In case you set some trigger criteria with our help, as soon as a candidate exactly matching your requirement enters the information, an email or an SMS is automatically sent to you. The excel sheet has a superior in-built sort/filter mechanism to assist you better. The resume does not get outdated, since it automatically changes dates in order to reflect the age and experience as of today. The candidate also gets a unique reference number ( listed on the right) which we can use.
Here again, once you click on the resume record that you are interested in, the following actions are automatically triggered : The entire resume (contents of the record in the excel sheet) is sent to you by email immediately The candidate's contact details are SMSed to you automatically The candidate also gets notified in his/her mailbox that you are interested in his/her profile, plus receives an SMS from us. We at eLakshya get a mail about your interest in the candidate, and hence shall be happy to further coordinate between the two parties.
As of now, there is no need for login id / password to obtain the resumes. However, if this feature is misused, we might need to rethink our "open" policy.

At the end of the day, all of them are mere excel sheets (hidden from your view) which throw up results. In this page, we have embedded the excel sheets themselves, so please feel free to use them. We will keep adding such calculators on a regular basis

Just remember to use the "filter" effectively, and tick all the parameters applicable to you. For example, if you are aged 27 and if you want to filter based on age, you will need to open the filter in the "Age" column and click all the places which contains your age : eg : "27", "0.4-30", "1-35", 26-45" and so on.
